I let work stress and other stressors get the best of me. After having a knee replacement in 2016, I knew that I needed to take care of my other knee by making some lifestyle changes. I felt awful and looked worse. I decided one of these changes would be to lose weight. My friend who lives in Arizona told me about Ideal Protein. I made a call and committed without looking back.
