Dr. Tran Tien Chanh

Dr. Tran Tien Chanh was born October 2, 1958 in Vietnam. He arrived in France in October 1968. He studied high school at the Lycée Emmanuel Mounier, in Châtenay-Malabry near Paris. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Paris, from Cochin Hospital in Port Royal, and from René Descarte University in Paris V.; he completed his thesis in April 1985, and was awarded a bronze medal for his dissertation on gastroenterology.

David Jeremy Davidson, MD

Dr. David Davidson, MD, is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Lipidology, and Nuclear Cardiology. In 2014, he was recruited to NorthShore University HealthSystem to build a preventive cardiology program.

Dr. Davidson’s expertise includes statin intolerance, cholesterol management, personalized medicine, cardiovascular wellness, weight loss and prevention of heart disease. He is involved in several clinical trials with a focus on cholesterol related medications.

David D Griffin, MD, FACC

Dr. Griffin received his bachelors degree from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, he graduated from University of Arkansas Medical School. Dr. Griffin completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Cardiology including Level II training in Echocardiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Gregory Corbett, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Corbett is the Chief Executive Officer for Virginia Heart and has served the company since 2008. With over thirty years of leadership experience in healthcare organizations, Greg’s collaborative style of leadership has focused on building strong teams, constant quality improvement and clinical excellence. Working closely with physician leadership, Greg has led Virginia Heart through years of growth and strategic development.

Matthew Phillips

Dr. Phillips is a board certified noninvasive cardiologist. He was trained at the University of Michigan and the United States Air Force. He was in private practice in Winchester Virginia for 8 years, spent 3 years at Baylor Scott and White in Temple and 15 years at Austin Heart in Austin Texas. Dr. Phillips was the Chairman of the Board and President of Austin Heart for 12 years. In addition Dr Phillips was the President of the Texas Chapter of the American College of Cardiology for 3 years. He practiced in rural Texas and has extensive patient experience with ideal protein

Patrick J. White, MPH – President

Patrick White is the President of MedAxiom, a Cardiovascular leadership organization representing 375 cardiovascular practices and over 7,000 cardiovascular physicians. Prior to joining MedAxiom in 2003, Pat spent 12 years as the CEO for Michigan Heart, a 36 physician cardiology practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also worked for 13 years with the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit in various management positions including five years as the Administrator for the Department of Internal Medicine.

Paul J Gordon, MD, FACS

Dr. Paul Gordon is a cardiothoracic surgeon at Advocate Christ Medical Center. He specializes in adult cardiac surgery and thoracic malignancies. For the fast 7 years, he has also served as the Director of Thoracic Oncology Services. Dr. Gordon is board certified in both general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery. He is a 1990 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine where he was elected to the AOA Honor Society. He then completed a general surgery residency followed by a cardiothoracic surgery residency at State University of New York.
