• Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the three stacked lines)
  • Click on the "Print" option to open the print preview mode
  • If your story doesn't fit on a single page, select "Shrink to Fit" under "Scale" options
  • If any out-of-place text or characters show up on the top and bottom of the page, press the "Page Setup" and set "Headers and Footers" to "Blank." You can also easily change the page margins here
  • You can then press "Print" in the top left corner and print out a copy, or select "Print to PDF" to save a PDF copy to your computer
  • When you open the pop-up box for printing, click the "Show Details" button
  • On the right, select the PDF's orientation
  • Below the orientation section, there are two checkboxes. Make sure "Print Backgrounds" is checked, while "Print Headers and Footers" is unchecked
  • At the bottom of the pop-up box, click on the "PDF" drop-down button and select "Save as PDF"
  • Save the file to your computer in the folder or location of your choice
  • Select "Save as PDF" as your destination
  • Click on "Properties" to change orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa
  • Uncheck options for "Headers and Footers
  • You can use the preview to make sure the PDF is set up properly or to change the page margins

I have been overweight most of my life. I decided that I was going to take control of my life by making healthy choices, losing this weight and keeping it off. I am determined to keep it off this time. I have been able to lose weight on other diets but never went through maintenance, so that's where I have failed. This time I am going to do it; control and determination! A friend of mine that I used to work with is on the Ideal Protein protocol. I saw the amazing results she was having, so I called her and said that I was interested and wanted to try it. She set me up to go to a workshop, I liked what I heard, and I joined. Now I am at my goal weight and about to go into Phase 3. I do have to say, I am SCARED! I know how easy it is to put the weight back on. I feel the best now that I have lost 52 pounds.

For me, it has been the easiest program to follow, with amazing and fast results. I love all the amazing foods I have been introduced to. Thank you to Janeva for her amazing cookbook. It has been a big help when trying new foods with her recipes. I go back to some of my favorites often and will continue to use them.
Lifestyle Living - Keeping the weight off
Since losing the weight, I go to Curves/Women's Total Fitness five days a week and I walk my dog up to 26 blocks a day. I love going to the Minnesota Twins Baseball games. We walk around the whole stadium, sometimes all three levels.
