• Open the menu in the top-right corner of your screen (the three stacked lines)
  • Click on the "Print" option to open the print preview mode
  • If your story doesn't fit on a single page, select "Shrink to Fit" under "Scale" options
  • If any out-of-place text or characters show up on the top and bottom of the page, press the "Page Setup" and set "Headers and Footers" to "Blank." You can also easily change the page margins here
  • You can then press "Print" in the top left corner and print out a copy, or select "Print to PDF" to save a PDF copy to your computer
  • When you open the pop-up box for printing, click the "Show Details" button
  • On the right, select the PDF's orientation
  • Below the orientation section, there are two checkboxes. Make sure "Print Backgrounds" is checked, while "Print Headers and Footers" is unchecked
  • At the bottom of the pop-up box, click on the "PDF" drop-down button and select "Save as PDF"
  • Save the file to your computer in the folder or location of your choice
  • Select "Save as PDF" as your destination
  • Click on "Properties" to change orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" or vice versa
  • Uncheck options for "Headers and Footers
  • You can use the preview to make sure the PDF is set up properly or to change the page margins

I have struggled with my weight for all of my life. After having kids and hormone changes, I hit my highest weight ever. I had a gastric bypass and never learned how and what to eat to maintain the weight loss, so I gained some of it back. In August of 2018, I saw a friend's Facebook post saying she had lost 80 pounds on Ideal Protein. It got me very curious, but we were busy getting ready for our son’s wedding. After the wedding, my husband and I went for a consultation. On the way to the consult, my husband told me he was going to see how I did before he started, but he came with me to all the weekly coaching sessions and learned right along with me. By January 2019, he started too.

What has surprised me most about my weight loss journey is how easy it has been. It takes some planning and prepping but for the most part, has been simple and I didn’t need to work out a bunch.

The thing I enjoy the most about my weight loss is how good I feel and how much easier it is to get around, especially up and down the stairs. I have so much more energy. I am looking forward to meeting my goal weight in the near future.
