The Team’s Breakfast: Budwig Cream

This phase four meal is perfect for a squad. Gather your friends and family and have a fantastic breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 8 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 8 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp brown flax
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp almonds

Directions

  1. Put flax seed oil, fresh cheese and lemon juice into the blender and mix well.
  2. Add the bananas, mix one more time.
  3. Grind the buckwheat, flax, sunflower seeds and almonds in a coffee grinder.

    Serve in a bowl and add all the grains on top.
