Mahi-Mahi with Broccoli in Ginger & Onion Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs mahi-mahi
  • 6 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Ideal Protein Balsamic Dressing
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • sea salt, to taste
  • ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Blanch broccoli in salted, boiling water. Cool and drain.
  2. Sauté fish in sesame oil until 75% cooked.
  3. Add ginger, green onions, soy sauce and dressing.
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of water.
  5. Complete cooking fish.
  6. Add broccoli to the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
