Ingredients
- 1 1/2 turkey breast, cut into strips
- 4 cups leek, sliced fine
- 4 cups fennel, sliced fine
- limes
- 1 tbsp thyme, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup Ideal Protein Italian Dressing
- 4 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Cut 2 limes in half and rub over the turkey.
- Cover turkey generously with dressing and season with thyme, salt and pepper.
- Thread skewers with turkey strips.
- Cook over medium temperature for 5 to 8 minutes.
- After 4 to 5 minutes, baste with mustard.
- Cook fennel and leek in olive oil until crisp.
- Add lime juice and paprika.
