Lime Turkey Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 4 cups leek, sliced fine
  • 4 cups fennel, sliced fine
  • limes
  • 1 tbsp thyme, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup Ideal Protein Italian Dressing
  • 4 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Cut 2 limes in half and rub over the turkey.
  2. Cover turkey generously with dressing and season with thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Thread skewers with turkey strips.
  4. Cook over medium temperature for 5 to 8 minutes.
  5. After 4 to 5 minutes, baste with mustard.
  6. Cook fennel and leek in olive oil until crisp.
  7. Add lime juice and paprika.
