Honey Mustard Shark Steaks in Cabbage

Ingredients
- 2 lbs shark steaks
- 6 cups cabbage
- 2 cups green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tsp thyme
- 4 tbsp Ideal Protein Honey & Dijon Dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- sea salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
- Remove 8 big leaves of cabbage and blanch in salted, boiling water.
- Chop the remaining cabbage.
- Mix dressing with mustard.
- Marinate fish in this preparation for 1 hour.
- Sauté 1 cup of green onions in olive oil.
- Add chopped cabbage and thyme.
- Cook slowly.
- When tender, add 1/2 cup of water and transfer to a baking dish.
- Add shark to cabbage and continue cooking basting shark with mustard and dressing marinade.
- Cover and simmer in a 350-degree oven until completely cooked (30 to 40 minutes).
- Top blanched cabbage leaves with half of the cabbage and shark preparation.
- Add the other cup of green onions.
- Wrap cabbage leaves to completely cover the fish.
- Baste with olive oil and cook in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.
