Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs crab meat, cooked, flaked
  • 12 porcini mushrooms, large
  • 2 cups spinach, washed
  • 3 cups portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce
  • 2 worcestershire sauce, dashes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Peel and clean the Porcini mushrooms.
  2. Remove stems and baste caps with olive oil.
  3. Grill for a few minutes and set aside.
  4. Chop the stems along with the Portobello mushrooms.
  5. In the remaining olive oil, cook green onions on low temperature.
  6. Add the chopped mushrooms, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  7. Increase heat to medium and add spinach.
  8. Cook until liquid is evaporated.
  9. Combine the sauces, basil, lemon and crab meat.
  10. Fill the mushroom caps with crab mixture.
  11. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes and serve warm.
