Crab Salad

Do you enjoy the taste of crab meat? If yes, you can’t not try this meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs crab meat, cooked
  • 4 cups cucumber, diced
  • 4 cups asparagus
  • 1/2 cup capers
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Mix crab with onion powder, capers and cucumber.
  2. Add Oriental Sesame Sauce and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Cook asparagus in salted, boiling water.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Place asparagus on plate, drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Top with crab mixture and garnish with parsley.
