Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, sliced
  • 2 cups soybean sprouts, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ideal Protein Balsamic Dressing
  • 2 cups Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ginger, ground
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients together except romaine lettuce.
  2. Plate salad greens and top with mixture.
  3. Decorate with green onions.

    NOTE: This meal is easy and quick to prepare.
