Chicken Teriyaki with Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
  • 8 cups cucumber, 1/8″ thick
  • 4 tbsp Ideal Protein Italian Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce, garlic and sauce for at least 1 hour.
  2. Sprinkle cucumber with salt.
  3. Set aside for 1 hour.
  4. Rinse salt and dry.
  5. Mix with dressing.
  6. Sauté chicken breast in olive oil until cooked.
  7. Slice.
  8. Fan slices on cucumber salad.
