Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken breast, cut into 2 inch slices
- 3/4 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp cayenne powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp stevia
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 piece green peppers, cut to 1″ pieces
- 1 piece red pepper, cut to 1″ pieces
- 2 piece hot pepper
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- 1 pinch ground pepper, to taste
Directions
- Season chicken breast with salt, black pepper, garlic, chili powder, cayenne powder and half of ground cumin seed in a ziplock plastic bag. Marinate seasoned chicken fillet for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat non-stick pan. Add apple cider vinegar, lime juice, stevia, and the chicken, then cook for about 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- Add the peppers, grapeseed oil, water, and sprinkle cayenne powder. Stir until tender.
- Remove from heat then serve in a plate, top with cilantro for final touch.
