Espadon mariné et asperges à la sauce citronnée

Ingrédients

  • 700 g espadon, en fines tranches
  • 8 tasses asperges
  • 2 c. à table jus de citron
  • 3 c. à table huile d’olive
  • 1 1/2 vinaigrette Miel et Dijon Ideal Protein
  • sel de mer et poivre au gout

Directions

  1. Slice swordfish very fine and marinate in lemon juice for 30 minutes. The lemon marinade will cook the fish. Drain. Set lemon juice aside.
  2. Cook asparagus in salted, boiling water until tender and set aside on a warm plate. Top with swordfish.
  3. Slightly warm olive oil and add lemon juice. Remove from heat. Add mustard dressing and whisk well.
  4. Serve immediately over fish.
